Fáilte mhór romhaibh chuig suíomh gréasáin ár scoile. Táimid lonnaithe ar an oileán álainn Inis Mór, agus is meánscoil Ghaeilge muid atá ilchreidmheach, chomhoideachasúil agus faoi phátrúnacht GRETB. Treoraíonn na luachanna a roinneann muid le GRETB sinn: pobal, meas, barr feabhais san oideachas, cúram agus comhionannas.
Mar Scoil Ghaeltachta oifigiúil, tá an Ghaeilge agus an cultúr Gaelach i gcroílár shaol na scoile. Oibrímid go dlúth le Pleanáil Teanga Árann agus faighimid tacaíocht leanúnach uathu chun an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn sa scoil. Cothaímid cultúr cuimsitheach ina gceiliúrtar buanna agus tréithe uathúla gach scoláire, le béim ar chruthaitheacht, forbairt phearsanta, agus meas ar na healaíona.
Gach bliain, cuirimid fáilte roimh scoláirí ó gach cearn den tír trí Scéim na bhFoghlaimeoirí Gaeilge, clár scoláireachta atá maoinithe ag Roinn na Gaeltachta. Cuireann sé seo go mór le beocht teanga agus cultúr ár bpobail scoile agus ár n-oileán.
Tá rath ár scoile tógtha ar chomhoibriú agus ar chomhpháirtíocht; scoláirí, tuismitheoirí agus foireann tiomanta ag obair le chéile chun timpeallacht shábháilte, chuimsitheach agus spreagúil a chruthú, áit a bhfuil gach iarracht, gach cúnamh, do gach duine mar bhunchloch d’ár bpobail.
Tugaimid cuireadh daoibh breathnú ar ár suíomh le tuilleadh a fhoghlaim fúinn. Más mian libh cuairt a thabhairt orainn nó a bheith páirteach ar bhealach ar bith, beidh fáilte chroíúil romhaibh.

A warm welcome to our school website. We are located on the beautiful island of Inis Mór and are an Irish-medium secondary school that is multidenominational, co-educational, and under the patronage of GRETB. We are guided by the values we share with GRETB: community, respect, excellence in education, care, and equality.
As an officially recognised Scoil Ghaeltachta, the Irish language and culture are at the heart of school life. We work closely with Pleanáil Teanga Árann and receive ongoing support from them to help promote the use of Irish. We foster an inclusive culture where every student’s unique talents and qualities are celebrated, with a strong emphasis on creativity, personal development, and respect for the arts.
Each year, we welcome students from all over the country through Scéim na bhFoghlaimeoirí Gaeilge, a scholarship programme supported by the Roinn na Gaeltachta. This scheme greatly enriches the linguistic and cultural life of our school community and of our island.
